Transform a mall-adjacent center with destination retail tenants into a cohesive collection of frequently-visited and market-relevant brands.
RESULTS
From 2015 to YE 2018:
• Released 70% of the project
• Increased center annual revenues by 48% (projected 57% by YE 2019)
• Improved occupancy from 83% to 100%
