300,000 sf ground-up retail development adjacent to 11 million sf Class A office park set in one of Bay Area’s most affluent suburbs.
APPROACH
Conceptualize and lease a retail-only ground-up development designed by Renzo Piano in San Francisco’s most affluent East Bay suburb.
STRATEGY
Create a brand and point of view for the asset that the retail industry connects with and believes in Prove the San Ramon submarket can co-exist with more established Walnut Creek and Pleasanton; Seed the project with anchor tenants and local concepts that embody the point of view of the retail development.
