Secured Simon Property’s first Prada store

At Lenox Square, Prada was a key component to taking the luxury mix in the center to the next level. The brand was well respected amongst its peers, so Prada’s placement in the center would act as a magnet to attract more luxury.
Simon Property Group had never leased space to Prada. Tisha Maley overcame this challenge by nurturing a relationship with Prada executives, understanding their long-term business and customer experience strategies, and demonstrating Simon’s desire to be one of their top tier real estate partners.
After many years of relationship building, Maley secured Prada’s Lenox Square lease and placed their store at the mouth of the new Neiman Marcus luxury wing in 2010. The Lenox lease paved the way for more Prada deals within the Simon Portfolio and served as a catalyst to adding more luxury brands in the wing including: Ermenegildo Zegnas, Herve Leger, Bulgari and expanded Louis Vuitton and Ferragamo stores. As a result, sales volumes in the Neiman Marcus wing of Lenox Square doubled over a 36-month period.
